The Transport segment includes 21,000 km of track, 5,500 km of rail, 9,800 km of rail, and 3,300 km of motorways, facilitating the transportation, storage, and handling of goods and passengers. The Midstream segment operates 15,000 km of natural gas transmission pipelines, 570 billion cubic feet of storage capacity, 16 processing plants, and 10,600 km of gathering pipelines. It also produces 525,000 tonnes of polypropylene annually. The Data segment manages 306,000 telecom towers, 28,000 km of fiber optic cables, 360,000 fiber-to-the-premise connections, two semiconductor foundries, 70 distributed antenna systems, and 140 data centers with 1 gigawatt of critical load capacity and 640 megawatts of contracted capacity. The company operates in 10 countries, including the U.S., Canada, India, the U.K., Brazil, Colombia, France, Australia, Germany, and others. Incorporated in 2007 and headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda, Brookfield Infrastructure Partners is a subsidiary of Brookfield Corporation.
